unable to access site links

Hi, I registered on the site some time ago, but when I attempt to log in with my username and password, the same login window appears requesting my information again, and with no access.

I'm really looking to access Bulletin # 313 with the radio article on the 1934 Plymouth (I can only find my paper copies back to #319).

Jim Benjaminson was kind enough to print and send some information on the installation, but my model is different from the material he provded.
