65 Barracuda - Help with Numbers

I believe the SO number is just a shipping order number and does not have anything to do with rarity and the same applies to the sequence number.  The number that determines rarity is the number 31 under the letters AB on the fender tag which would designate it to be the optional and somewhat rare 273-4bbl/235hp engine.

Just purchased a 1965 Barracuda from an older guy and I think it's kind of a rare car. According to the vin and fender plate it's a V8 4bbl Commando 273 automatic. The only thing I'm confused about is the number at the bottom of the fender plate. Is it a sequence number, or a shipping number, or an order number? and does that determine its rarity or does it matter? On mine it says under "SO" 405 and under 'NUMBER" it's 00081. Any thoughts? Thanks.
