Help removing Camshaft 30-U 4 cylinder .

Got it out was hitting edge of valve with center bearing .Dah . .

Pulling engine apart to flush all oil channels and galleys . Can not get cam to slide out . Tappets backed off out of way . Oil and fuel pump removed . Two thrust holder bolts out . It moves back and forth about 1/8" then stops hard .
  Is there a pin , bolt or something else locking . Oil gear is clear loops clear it spins freely ? Taking apart because rod failure contaminated oil system . Babbitt all over .
