Blades and arms can be located with not too much trouble. Maybe try Ficken Wiper Service.
Now, the risers and the drive linkage and cowl bezels are not the same as closed cars. They will interchange with the wagons though. Hens teeth come to mind. I know of no reproductions. Maybe someone else will chime in that does.

Are the windshield wiper linkage, arms and blades on a 1939 Plymouth Convertible specific to the convertible body?  Will closed car wiper parts interchange with a convertible?  Thanks
