I might be a little late with my response to your search for 16" wheels, in any case I have a full set of '37-39 16" wheels. the wheels are in nice shape, good spring clips, had tires on them until two months ago. I'll post some pix if you are interested.. $25. each plus shipping. Wm.

Check with Moore's Auto Salvage or Wildcat Auto Wrecking if no one replies here that they have your wheels.

They can be plain steel or artillary wheels. I have caps and rings so they need to be 16"
