1936 Plymouth 4 door.

History - Doing a frame off restoration. I sent the body and parts to body shop to do body work and paint. I had everything aligned with this frame. I have a parts car so I disassembled and transferred to the parts car before I sent it out for paint.

During assembly we started with radiator and then fenders and worked our way backwards to rear fenders. We didn't notice the passenger front fender is 3/4" lower. the front cowl is twisted as well. After loosening all the bolts and measuring every angle and shimming where needed we were able to get the fender and radiator aligned. When we fit the hood and of course nothing lines up. the hood radius doesn't match the cowl radius. I can't imagine that this is nothing more then adjustments but man there are a lot of bolts. I am hoping that someone can give me some tips on the procedure for putting this together. There doesn't seems to be that much adjustment to accommodate that much of a difference. I am kind of at a loss on what to do.

Cowl lacing question - In my research there is 2 types. one is foam filled fabric that is 3/16" thick. the other is 1/8" with an option of a wire. Can anyone tell me which style was used and how this is fastened to the cowl.
