A lot of places on the internet sell reproduction, new wheels, but 4.5 inch width might be harder to find.
You may have to go to 4, 5, or 6 inch width.  The factors to take into consideration are bolt circle and
back spacing.  There may be used wheels for sale on on-line auction sites.

I am from the uk and would like to know if any modern or easy to find standard wheel to fit my car i have standard steel wheels on now but no spare fifteen X four and a half inch wheel and tires 670 X 15 i dont care what size as long as it will fit just in case i have a blow out
