Go,
I have received a second email from Bill Brisbane.  I sent him a screen shot of your
text posted here on the forum and he says that he will get in touch with you.  And,
Bill Brisbane says "Thank you" for your information about the photograph.

Take care and I hope the salt gets washed off the streets there soon.

Go,

I received a reply from Bill Brisbane.  He is alive and well and his email address is correct.
He states that he does not know why your emails are being blocked.  I will do some more
detective work and try to get both of you together.
I sent Bill Brisbane your email address.

Go,
I sent a TEST email to Bill Brisbane yesterday, but it did not come back to me rejected.
There has been, so far, no response.

I will send another email to him, stating that you have a message for him on this forum.
Maybe he will answer.

I also looked on the internet, thinking that he might have a website or a Facebook page
about scale model cars, but I found neither one.

hallo all,
I tried to send William 2 mails at '', but even with different headers they were rejected as "spammers not welcome"
He posted a Brazil- found postcardfoto in the "Mystery Plymouth foto" / PlyBul Nov- Dec. 2017 with a cryptic text I could decipher.
Here I give my writing hoping anyone (Admin, Clubmaster??) can forward it to Bill.

Dear Bill,
the POC- magazine always gets late here in Europe.
So, only now I can inform You on the foto?s backside text:
the writing style is S?tterlin Handwriting, but not the standart style.
It wasn?t used much after WW 2 any more.
My mother of 92 years decoded it as this:
"herzliche Gr??e Eure Annrike u. Erich"
Erich is a common name, but Annrike is more than unusual!
Maybe, the variety of the writing as well as that rare name could fit
to one foreign german colony, as known for example in Blumenau/ Brazil.
That You found this foto in Brazil could give more weight to this theory.
Anyhow, I have any proof of this idea. Google only knows of a handful of Annrikes, most of them Ann Rike.
Sorry , I couldn?t find more!
