Mostly cloudy, with a low around 4. Wind chill values as low as -10. Northwest wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

we got four inches of fresh snow during the night, I was out and about yesterday afternoon
