Maybe you can find one strictly for 1936. I have one for the 39 model year and it is much more detailed.

I have 2 Plymouth manuals and several parts books and none of them are very helpful as the 36 is a stand alone year and not well represented. It has been said the pre-war manuals were very general in descriptions and procedures. I can attest to that.
Have owned 3 Plymouths, the first 2 were just cars.....

you are better off getting a parts and repair  manual for the car itself, check with Andy Bernbaum, this manuals are so important,  and money well spent

I got it and it was not helpful. Order an original shop manual. It is so much better. Much more specific.

Tim:

Did you get the Chilton's on-line manual?  If so, was it helpful?

Anyone using this?
Is it worth the $?

I'm not a mechanic so it looks very helpful to me.
