if I remember correctly, you need a stubby 5/8 as is it a tight area, or at least it was on my '40

Hi guys ... this is Cliff54. I tried starting my 1954 Plymouth yesterday to drive it a bit and get ready for the summer car shows. When I turned the key the starter would spin but did not engage the motor! I have the basic flathead 6 with the starter under the driver side of the engine! I was going to pull off the starter but for the life of me I could not find the correct bolt to wrench size??? Does anyone know the size of the bolts to remove that darn starter?  I think (hope) that is the problem is and should get my engine to turn!          Cliff54
