windshield washer????  some like Jiffy jet used a small foot powere air pump to presurize a bag or glass container to spray out the solution.

I just acquired.....question?...there is a small round pedal/button [@1.5 in. in diameter] to the left of the dimmer switch. what is it for? thanks,,,bob
