I am attaching pictures of dash board on my PB when we dismantled the car for restoration. You can clearly see the grain finish which survived as it was behind a card holder.  Hope this helps

Cheers

I have a 32 PB R/s coupe that I have had for 12 or 13 years.  If you look in the old Bulletins, u will have seen it a number of times.  It is Canadian built and has been judged at POC events.  It is currently a repainted used car from the mid 1960s, and needs new paint.  It wouldn't be that hard to finish the restoration of the frame. Question --the dash in this vehicle is covered with a vinyl product that looks like the best woodgrain u ever saw.  I know the US built models had painted woodgrain and the open had body colored dashes.  Were the Canadian built models finished any differently?  this vinyl or what ever it is, is very old, and has fooled me all this time until u look at the edge on the underside.

Thanks
