'36 Ply bumper bolts

The bumpers are mounted with oval head bolts.
Were the originals curved in one or 2 directions?  Some bumpers appear to have more of a curve than others so I'm
not sure what the contours should be for replacements.
Also , are the center, triangular shape mounting bolts available?
