Just guessing here but your drawing looks like a pretty universal type mirror rmount - haven't got my 32 Chev (yes, I said Chev) out of storage but the bracket looks the same from memory....

I posted a while ago, before the crash, and got some positive replies, but the contacts are now gone. I'm hunting a bracket that holds the mirror. Someone replied that it could be made if I had a pic, so:
