Go to Hagerty - a few good photos and Old Cars Price Guide and you should get a very good agreed value - something you will not get with a company that requires an appraisal.  Just my opinion.  When I called them to change mine I raised the value $3,000.00 without so much as a boo from them.  Originally I just sent two digital photos of the car and the VIN - they agreed with my number - no problem.

Otherwise I do think apraisers are listed in Old Cars, Hemmings and maybe even the Bulletin - have to check.

Does anyone have an idea about how I could get my 1960 Plymouth Fury 2-dr h/t (aka "The Big-Tailed Beast") appraised for insurance purposes?? Besides being extremely original (upholstery, sheet metal, chrome, "aero" steering wheel, etc), it also has that big ram-inducted engine (a rather rare avis in itself).? ?
