Looking for a lost part

I have a 41 P12 Sedan. I was adjusting the carburetor yesturday. Well I went for a ride and I  lost the Throttle lever adjusting Screw and the Screw spring. Guess I had it adjsted to far out. Anyway I really need these 2 tiny little parts. Does anyone have a parts car that may have this part?
