33 Tail light lens What is correct?

if the cracks are only through aging , try removing the lens and rubbing in some very thin oil , the old sowing machine oil is ideal . it might take a while , but it works . i did it with my 54 plymouth bodied desoto , as the plastic is old you will probably have to do it every couple of years

The original lenses for 1933 are glass. I believe that you can still get plastic reproductions of the 1933 lens from one or more of the antique car parts vendors that specialize in older Plymouths. So if he has an aged plastic lens, he might just consider buying a new one while he searches for a unchipped, uncracked original glass lens.

I don't know the answer even though I should. The tail light that I got for my car has Plymouth around the bottom. Looking through my collection of photographs I don't many examples that are clear enough to tell anything. Seems like most photos are of the front, side or a three quarter view from the front. Rear shots are not as common.

I do see lenses with "Plymouth" across the top on PB cars including on one I took pictures of that was in the WPC Museum at the Chrysler headquarters.

The only ones I see with a dividing bar are much older (pre-PA).

I have a 33 PD coupe and I am trying to determine what is the correct lens for my tail lights.? I currently have a plastic one ( bady aged & cracked) that has the PLYMOUTH script around the top of the face.? I have seen pictures of some with the PLYMOUTH around bottom.? Also is the housing? face the one that divides the lens into 2 sections?
Anyone with a picture or info would be a great help.
