Glenn,

Yupper that is a Betty Boop plate that my wife bought me about 18 years ago.

That was good about the dogs and cows.  I grew up on a dairy farm two miles below the NY-Quebec border in the northeast corner of NY.  We had more cows and dogs than people in the town.  Lots of stones and stone walls also.

When I was out in SD visiting my son eleven years ago, I told him that his Grandfather would turn over in his grave if he could have seen the size of the fields there.  The largest hayfield we had was less than 20 acres

I love those mountains, also like your Coupe, is that "Betty Boop" on your front bumper?
First time I noticed that. When I get my "way-way-waaay back machine" painted I will take a picture of my country, its so flat you can watch your dog run away for 3 days, and the cows have to graze at a full gallop to get enough to eat..... Looking good.

Nice bright sunny day with temps in the 60's, so Cooper and I went for a ride in the "Wayback Machine"

Pat,

Yes it was a very gloomy day, but Cooper did liven up when we went for a ride, but he wasn't too enthused about having his photo taken, gotten out of the habit this winter since the "Wayback Machine" has been resting, but he will get the hang of it agian

Hey Bob,

In the middle photo, Cooper looks like he needs a nap :)  Must be that the gloomy day made him sleepy.

With one to three inches of snow coming later tonight and one to three inches of rain tomorrow into Friday, Cooper and I decided to fire up the "Wayback Machine" and go for a ride.  These were taken at the dam of the Neversink Reservoir which supplies water to NYC which is 125 south of here
Just wanted to share our outing,
Bob

Pat,

Glad to hear you got the '36 out for a spin this afternoon, never got out of the 20's here today, but we did have plenty of sunshine
  •

36 Ply

Hey Bob,

I finally managed to take the '36 for a 10 mile spin this afternoon. It got up to 50 degrees, but breezy & only partly sunny. I rolled the side windows up, so it wasn't too bad.

Chet,

It was windy yesterday with a few snow flurries, all was fine inside the "Wayback Machine".

I have been following your progress on both forums with the Plymouth, good to see it coming together

Hi Bob,

You are a lucky guy on all accounts.  How does the heater work in your car.  I just reinstalled mine last weekend.

Glenn,

That is an old carriage barn up by where we stopped for lunch.  I have posted a photo that I took last Oct of the Plymouth and the same church.

Go,

Good to hear that you had your Plymouth out yesterday, need some photos again :)

You don?t fear the salt on the streets? We have had a lot of heavy rain after the salting period, so no more salt and yesterday I hat the Ply taken out for the first trip in town since Nov.
Nice to see Your trips and Your country!

Thanks Bob, for the pics and the memories... The county shop must be where you are working. Got that one right? The church with the cemetery is just like the one I belong to, you don't see those old churches anymore, these are the genuine "old country churches", I love them.  And WHO IS that beautiful lady????? Take care,
Glenn
