how to adapt moulding curvature to fender?

Go,... I learned a trick many years ago to improve the curve on light metal moldings... In a sitting position, hold the piece of metal at the ends, placing the metal piece over your leg, with a slight downward pressure on the ends, move the metal slowly back and forth across the top of your leg.... It might be a good idea to place a heavy cloth between the molding and your pants leg... Heat will build up in the metal allowing it to be more ply-able. The same system can be used over a block of hard wood attached to a saw horse.

When I had the stainless steel trim for my '39 Plym repaired, the trim came back mostly flat. I put the required curve back into the trim by using the above procedure.
This procedure will not work on trim that needs a sharp curve close to the end of the piece, this can only be achieved by heating, hammering and re-polishing the metal...Bill

I know you have had a problem with some damage to your car , was the moulding damaged as well or is it a replacement , either way once the moulding has been repaired (if it has ) or is a original , if you dont wont kinks in the moulding you have to repair the fender to fit the moulding .

without getting ugly kinks in it?
all 4 diverge a little at the ends. By hand, we coludn?t correct it, they would have kinked it
too much if bendet until it fits.

Ideas?
