In 54 Plymouth Introd power steering withthe pump combined with the generator and running on the genny pulley.  If you could find one of those systems, it seems likely it could be adapted to the 41 as not much changed in the interveening years as far as basic steering hardware was concerned.

You might also look into the after market deals that adapt power rack and pinion stuff from later cars. Or you could put in about 10 lds more air in your front tires.............

did you get your new king pins fully lubricated???  It takes some work to get the grease fully loaded into new ones.  You need to work them lock to lock while pumping in the lube on both zerks  on each side.

at the ESSEN- Technoclassica fair this April there was a dutch company offering an electrical booster motor.

This is a Mazda add-on power steering system. They cut the steering shaft and add the PS with clamps. A direct continuity for emergency purposes is guaranteed by an extra going-through bar.
We get statal technical approovement on it (it is safe) but may loose our Oldtimer privileges.
Case is not yet closed.

Helas I lost my informations on the company, must wait til next April?s fair. My own Plans are for 2012. While talking with them, they need the car in their shop, because they never did a P23. when an instruction procedure is fixed, this can be done at any other car shop.

I was not yet able to check for 6 / 12 V requirements, but 6 to 12 V Converters exist. Needed Ampers too has to be discussed.

Is there such a thing as Power Steering" for my P10..?

I have just rebuilt the steering box, installed new tierod ends, installed new King Pin kits and had it aligned, but it still steers as it did.

It is not a pleasure to drive it with the steering like this, I'm having left shoulder replacement surgery on 8/4 and my right shoulder isn't much better.  There has to be something to malke it better.

Thank you in advence...
