I don't know much about overdrives or the solenoids but I think it would be helpful to list the name and/or web address of the company that you are requesting opinions on. There might be more than one and a commenter could be expressing opinions on one while you believe they are referring to the one you know about.

Hello All,

The solenoid (6V) on the overdrive of one of my P20's went out (very sad!) and I found a repro on the internet.  I've not heard of these guys before but they appear to have been around for a few years.  Have any of you folks dealt with them before or have any comments on their quality or service?  email me outside this website if you don't want your comments to be broadcast to the world.
