Any progress in bringing renewals online with payment via PayPal?

I agree the option for online renewal with a possible 2 & 3 year renewal option would be very convenient for the membership and would eliminate some administration effort utilizing a service like Paypal.   Even a vintage car organization can take good advantage of modern methods of communication especially for those of us engaged in the active workforce.

Personally I stopped paying bills with paper checks years ago and in the very least saved a couple of trees.

Membership is yearly.  There is no provision for a lifetime membership.

Do you have to renew one year at a time or is their a provision to do mutable years?  Or better yet a lifetime membership?
