help; need leads for trunk mat and trunk panels for 1956 plymouth

Try www.patwalshrestorations.com.  They had black mats for $595 a couple of years ago & were out of gray mats.  You may be able to change the black color to gray.   Panels were avail. for $795.  I know, I was overwhelmed with the prices too.  I have a near perfect mat in one of my 1955 Plys. (same in '56) & pursued having mats made.  Steel Rubber estimated "thousands" so I didn't pursue further.  I sense there's a good demand for such.  I've seen trunk mats in poor condition sell for over $100 on eBay. The panels should be easy to make from material purchased from an automotive upholstery shop.  Good luck!  Scott Grundy
