Mark, is the forum or is my computer bloody slow since a couple of days?

I really need someone - maybe Todd - to help me upgrade this forum software. If you look at the bottom of any page, you will see this is running a Beta version of software. That means I installed it and have not done anything to upgrade it because I am afraid to try and end up loosing every thing posted here.

Sometimes fixing something that is not broken is a bad idea - but I also know that out of date software can cause problems.

Anyone had more experience with SMF software?

I have not been on much, I am on vacation and don't have a lot of time to check in here - for the hotels I have been in, it seems about normal.

Very slow for me too. Same problem a few months ago and the administrator was able to fix it. Hope he can do the same soon.

Nope. I've had problems with this forum and I have seen posts on other forums where people are asking the same question.

So the issue is with this forum. And based on some of the error messages I have seen when attempting to access this forum I'd hazard a guess that the front end user interface is having troubles communicating with the back end database.
