The 1936-38 parts book shows that the switch is Chrysler part number 641462 and that it was used on 1936-42 models.

I don't have a different cross reference than mvair, but sometimes knowing that it was the same for a number of years can help when you are searching.

The original part number was 641462 or 641455.

If you cannot find a new one, NOS is available from vvap.com for $45.

[Carmen]

The starter switch on my 1941 P12 needs to be replaced. Does anyone have the current replacement part number for it. I took it to the local parts dealer and ordered it, but when it came in it was not correct.
