Seems to me the adoption of a screen name is to provide a modicum of privacy protectio.? As untill you meet them, you really haven't any idea of the character of folks populatig these forums.

I have personally met quite a few folks from this forum as well as folks from the P15 D 24 forum.? And after meeting face to face, I wouldn;t hesitate to have any of them visit and stay in my home.?

And if you don't have a nickname, they will give you one.  :D

However, without that face to face meeting all you need is my screen name and general location.  That said if any one is going to be in the area, a PM or an email to set up a face to face meeting will usually be positively accepted.  And if you are in the area and have a circumstance which requires some type of assistance, I encourage any forum member to contact right after calling AAA or 911.

I also maintain a list of forum members on the p15 d24 board who have indicated an interest in helping out other forum members when they are travelling.

The names and contact information are available via e mail from any member requesting it via e mail.  Perhaps some one might volunteer to creat and keep a similar data base for this group.

Go Fleiter

I too would like to find members (full?) name and City (or County or at least state)

It would make the member less abstract and give him back a personality.

I don't get on the discussion page as often as I would like because of many reasons. However I belong to a racing group on Yahoo and the moderator requires anyone who posts to end with their full name and location (city, state). I really like it and was wondering if this was something this group might do. It kind of makes posting personal, and you get to know the individuals.
