The bottom picture is my 47 Plymouth.
Those decals (water type) can be purchased on ebay (or maybe even directly) (if you email him)
from Neil Riddle.   He is Seaplym on ebay.

What I did was buy a set of decals from Neil, but I make copies of them and use the copies.
That way I still have the original to work from.

I made mine on regular paper, then glued them on.  However, I would think a better way would be
to make them on adhesive backed vinyl.  They would stick better and be more durable.  Over the
years, some of mine have gotten wet when I was caught in the rain and water blew under the
hood.  They, of course, ran and got messed up.   So I just replaced them.

Just my 2 cents worth.      Bob

Many thanks Bill.  Mine is like the cleaner on the bottom.

Don,

Here are two photos I found, but I cannot identify the
years of these for you.  However, the one on my car
looks like the one mounted on the carb in the photo.

Could someone please post a pic of the proper location of the air cleaner decal for a 49 Ply. I photographed mine before I stripped and repainted the air cleaner then my computer died before I could copy the file. 35 MM cameras do have their advantages!
