Convert info on vacuum shift

When I got my 1941 P12 wagon the vacuum shift was still on the transmission but the vacuum line had been cut and the line from the engine was plugged.The transmission shifted fine without the vacuum shift.

I want to change from a vacuum power shift to a standard shift. Is there a linkage kit that can do this? Or do anyone have instruction on how to do it? I'm having troubles with the vacuum shifter.
