help please-identify the year for this Forward Look badge (late 1950s?)

This Forward look badge is different than the ones on my 56 belvedere.  That is all I know.  It measures 9.25" x 3.25"  The inside of is is painted red and the lower section of the forward look badge has a smaller forward look emblem attached to it.
What years and brands was it used on?    thankyou Jerry Whitfield, Winston Salem, NC
