I would say that the wheel color for your car would also be black. Seems that black follows black, and this rings true with my P-12 that has been in the family since late 1940.
My two cents worth. VERY open for other opinions.
Seems that other body colors have had other colors for the wheels. Nothing ever found that was cut and dry. Pretty sure that black cars had black wheels.

What color is the car?

I have a 1941 P12 and want to know the correct color for the wheels as well as the correct ring color. Will soon have them back from the sandblaster. Color ID number would also be very helpful?
