'55 Plymouth engine

Hello, everyone,

We're working on cleaning out some of our storage areas this spring.

Amongst the thingamies we are reasonably certain we'll never need is a '55 Plymouth 230  engine.

This one had a rod bearing failure, so the crank will have to be ground, and rods reconned, the bores are probably alright and will clean up with a de-glazing hone.....if I remember correctly, but its been several years since I looked closely at that engine.

Would anyone here like to have it, freebies?

Alll you have to do is come here to pick it up, we're in the south bay area, about 50-ish mi. SE of San Francisco.
