I'm not certain about the motor I've been told it is on the order of 700+lbs.  I can tell you for sure that a complete powerflight which is similar in build to hy-drive weighs 225lbs.

What is the weight of a 53 engine and bellhousing? How about with either a standard or a Hydrive transmission attached?
