The traffic signal finder works 24 hours a day.  Can it be trusted?  NO.  But it is a great conversation piece.

This question is for 1936- to 1949  outside fulton type sunvisors.....
I do not know the answer to this and was wondering if you do..........  Does the traffic viewer only work in the night time .( the prism that ables you to see the  traffic light,that mounts on the drivers side dash) or will it also work in the daytime with or with out sun shinning Thanks for letting me know.
