If you have access to that info it would be greatly appreciated

Sorry for the lengthy delay in responding.

Looking in my 1949 Hollander Exchange. Carrier assemblies. Plymouth 33-36 all the same except 7 passenger. They are calling it carrier assembly # 367.
The 367 carrier assembly is also listed as fitting 1935 thru 41 7 passenger vehicles.

Under the exchange section it lists #367
Desoto 37-48 7P
Dodge 33-36 6 except 7P
Dodge Truck 33-36 1/2T
Dodge 37-48 7P & Limo
Plymouth 35-41

If you still require this info, I do have a Hollander Exchange. I can look up the info and post a response here. Let me know. - Keith

You would need to look in a Hollander's Interchange manual for the answer to this.

No one ever responded to my question so I still don’t know the answer

I for one did not answer because I do not know. Sometime, maybe 1936 or 1937, there was a big redesign of the rear axle. I know the 1933-34 share basically the same design. I think the 1935 has that earlier design too and maybe the 1936. But the later 1930s are different. I just don’t know when the change was made.

Did you find out about swapping out the rear end bc I'm needing the same info? Would like to put a 3.54 P3 economy gear ratio into a P2. Thanks

Does anyone know if the center section (pumpkin) from a 1937 or later axle bolt into a 1936 axle housing. I know the 37 and later center sections are Hypoid and 36 and earlier are not but twill the center section swap?
