Title: 1938 Plymouth P5 Coupe Front Fenders
Post by: gturner on March 03, 2007, 11:06:52 PM
Is anyone aware of a company making reproduction metal front fenders for 38 Plymouth P5 Coupes? If so can you let me know who they are. I'm in the process of rebuilding mind but it's taking many hours and I'm having to purcahse more tools than I would like for a one time project. Thanks. I incorrectly posted this in the Technical section. I have reposted it int he Parts and Paper section. I was unable to delete it. Sorry for the incorrect posting.

I would be very surprised if anyone was making those. I think you'll need to find a parts car.

Hmmm.........are the front fenders the same.....directly interchangeable.....between the coupe and sedan cars for '38?

If so, a friend of ours has a '38 sedan he's put up for sale.........this one is on the 'borderline' between 'restorable' and 'parts car'.....the front fenders are good, if I remember correctly.

cheers
