Can some one give me the particulars about the Tulsa Event. Where the event is taking place, how is the driving around town? Will I be able to leave a trailer at the event or will I need to park offsite and drive my car around town, etc.? I will try to book a hotel soon but I understand there are no vacancies in town. I will try to book something in the vicinity in the near future but I would like some more info if I can get it.

The unearthing is supposed to happen on June 15th, but I heard it's not open to the public for safety reasons. The vault will be opened on Saturday. I'm staying at the Quality Suites in Tulsa and they still have rooms available. Three nights for less than $195 plus taxes.
