Title: Plymouth U? Need assistance identifying
Post by: cacker on July 02, 2024, 03:47:49 PM
Hello Plymouth Owners and thank you for your patience with a forum newbie and my search for identifying the car in the picture.  This is a picture of my Great-Grandfathers "business' car which, given my feeble internet searches, I believe to be a Plymouth U model, perhaps a 1929.  Could anyone confirm this or have another potential identification?

THanks,

Casey in Texas

Other than the front bumper, it does look like a Model U Plymouth to me too.

In that era bumpers were transitioning from an aftermarket or dealer installed accessory to being factory standard so a different bumper than stock would not be too surprising.
