Title: 1937 Plymouth PT50 Front Brake Cylinders (Interchangeable with ?)
Post by: 1937Firewood on December 13, 2022, 10:17:36 AM
Looking for 1937 Plymouth PT50 L/H & R/H front brake cylinders.  Manual calls out 635545 and 635546.

I am being told that the PT50 is on a Dodge Chassis and that i should be looking for 1937 Dodge truck front brake cylinders?

Can someone help me find the correct front brake cylinders for 37 Plymouth PT Woodie?

Any help would be appreciated

635545 was used on the front right of the PT50, PT57, PT81, PT105 (and probably the Dodge trucks of similar weight rating for those years). It was also used on the rear right for the 1937 and 1938 Plymouth cars.

635546 has basically the same applications for for left front on the trucks and left rear on the 1937 and 38 Plymouth cars.

Unfortunately, I am not aware of a cross reference to a currently available wheel cylinder for either.

Firewood,
I did a parts search (numbers provided by Tod) on the AMS Obsolete website.  It shows that they have both parts in stock.
