Hi Mick,
I have a 1950 Plymouth that I want to install power steering in. I am curious how your power steering project on your '54 worked out? What 'kit' did you use? what did you use for a PS pump and where did you mount it?  Any tips would be great.  I'm in the info gathering mode.

Thanks,
Mat

What do You both plan:
putting an hydraulic unit?
NOS? heritage?

Well, I planned to do so -according to my age- some years ago.
I fokused on an electrical (12V) Mazda unit,
which would have gotten the necessary permission here,
but would as consequence have the loss of the Oldtimer status ,
i.e. historical licence plate vs. regular = much higher taxes
and above all losing
his exceptions from all these limitations of city entrance restrictions because of emissions etc.
So, I have my personal bodybuilding still active !
