I did an internet search and O'Reilly Auto Parts Stores sells it in quarts, but you might have to order it.
They might not have it in stock if you walk into one of their stores.

PPG had the original color mixes for Chrysler cars and trucks a few years back but they were in enamel. GM was the company that used lacquer.
Try TCP Global in S. Ca. They can mix the formulas for almost everything in their Restoration Line of Acrylic Lacquer. One must live in a state (other than Calif. and others) that still allows use of lacquer and acry. enamel.
