Hello Everyone,
Can someone tell me the door length of a 39 Plymouth coupe straight across under the hinges as per photo.
Thanks

An Australian coupe is 1116mm below the centre hinge, I don't know about the US body pictured or why you'd want to put a GM powerplant in it :-\

Well I'm an Australiannad the 253 Holden engines are a good little unit, I already have the engine, gearbox and diff from a HQ Ute in reallly good condition. I would consider a Ford or a Chev in a Plymouth but the Holden stuffs ideal and fits perfectly. Im now converting the Plymouth sedan into a 5 window coupe with the 356 Ford look.
Thanks Elvis

Thanks Andy,
I'm converting a 39 4 door sedan to a 5 window coupe so the front doors stay the standard width and as for the Holden running gear well I am in Australia and Holden gear is easily available and very cheap compared to Mopar stuff.
Thanks again
Elvis.
