Seems You are new in the rusty hobby. I don?t know, if one of these has Your needed parts, but this is my adresslist for Ply Dealers, recovered from this forum. If not useful, maybe You look for a source later. PS.: This list has not been updated for a couple of years!
Monthly Hemmings motor news ( www.hemmings.com) is the most valuable help in finding sources.
Try Andy Bernbaum?s, they have a lot of Mopar stuff! Very fast service and very friendly and reliable people! I never had problems with them in all these years, but others had when sending back unuseful parts.
Bernbaum?s auto parts 315 Franklin Street Newton, MASS. 02158 http://www.oldmoparts.com/ Phone + 617- 244- 1118 FAX + 617- 244- 1164
You can also try Roberts or Pro Antique - got nice, fast service for a few placed orders from both:
Roberts , 17 Prospect Street West Newbury, MASS. 01985 Phone (978) 363- 5407
www.robertsmotorparts.com
Pro antique Auto Parts, 50 King Spring Road, Windsor Locks, CT 06096 Phone (860)- 623-8274 FAX (860) 627- 8061
The biggest seems to be Kanter, because it was very difficult to get a competent Clerk. Parts for my 1951 were good, minus one pair of too big exentric front end bushings, which would have been taken back by them. They had no advice on correct bushings and I preferred to have them milled down to fit here in Germany
Kanter, 76 Monroe Street Boonton, NJ 07005 Phone: 973-334-9575 FAX 973-334-5423

He works hard to keep his stock fresh and he always has something new. Neil doesn't have a website but I've never had any problem reaching him by email or by phone.

Tod too stated: As for suspension parts, Rare Parts in Stockton, California is a good bet. If they don't have the spring hanger pins they can make new ones based on your old part. Once they do that they add it to the list of parts they will sell to anyone. Net result is the next guy (or girl) that comes a long and needs the part will be able to get it. It has been a long while, but last time I had my generator gone over I simply found a local automotive starter/alternator repair shop in the town I was living in. You might want to see if any of those are still in business in your area.
Over on the AACA forum, there is a thread or two that might be of interest. http://forums.aaca.org/topic/277776-anyone-currently-dealing-with-advanced-electrical-rebuilders/#comment-1488222

I had my generator rebuilt this summer. The shop is in Council Bluffs Iowa where I live. It took about 2 weeks and cost $85.00 & that included a voltage regulator that replaced the generator cut off. He has been in this business for at least 50 years. He does generators, alternators & starters. Let me know if you want his name & phone number. -John
