Title: 1929 plymouth steering wheel

Hi: Thanks for any help you can give me,  I am having the Steering wheel restored on my 29 Plymouth roadster, it has black strips that appear to be painted on the wheel does anyone know if this is factory or was added on at some point Thanks

Not sure, but on my '29 Roadster the wheel is all black
