Title: 1934 PE interior trim question
Post by: DixIndian on October 26, 2012, 12:12:20 AM
was interior trim woodgraining used on  all 1934 PE RS coupes ? Mine is painted black and I can't find any traces of woodgraining even under the black. TIA Richard

Instrument panel trim and garnish moldings were all wood grain on all PE coupes.

All I could add to Jim's post is I've read that PE woodgrain is simulated Maple while PF and PG is simulated Walnut.

When did they start with wood graining the dashes, etc.  Are the 1928 and 1929 models originally wood grain?  Mine was black when I got it, and still is black, should it be wood grained?
Thanks,
SD Glenn
