Hi dear friends! Nice to meet you! ;D
My name is Pietro and I live in Italy (exactly from Southern Italy, region: Apulia; city: Bari).
I joined your forum because like you I admire Plymouths (and all Mopar in general) and I own a Plymouth Fury coup? 1971 with 360 CI engine.
Here are some photos of my Fury (the first one I took the day when the car was registred in Italy)

I believe that you can help me in knowing a lot more about my car technics, etc.: in Italy it's a little bit difficult to find good specific information about this kind of great american car. I will soon ask something in the technic discussion area.
ps: I'm sorry if my english is poor :).
No problem understanding your English. Does it take up 3 parking spaces???

Thanks! You said right: when I park it in my city it's no so simple ;D . It's really big and I appriciate it a lot!
I'm lucky that I have a space in a multistore carpark where I park the Plymouth when not in use.
Pietro,
Your photo brings back memories. In 1972, I was driving a tan 1971 Fury II Illinois state police cruiser, with the 440 engine.

As for parking space:
Pietro will surely carry his spare "Fiat nuova 500" in the Fury?s trunk...
Greetings from D?sseldorf! Go
Replay to Pat O'Connor: what a nice remembrance it's yours! How was for car-chase? ;D
Replay to Go Fleiter: ahahahah I would do if I have one, but my everyday car is a Caliber :)
Pietro,
The 1971 Plymouth Fury II with the 440 cubic inch engine would go 130 miles per hour. The engine would sometimes stall if you attempted a quick U-turn. Chrysler factory technicians modified the carburetor, which solved the problem.

Pat O'Connor
