Depends on what is wrong. Even though that old style mechanism hasn't been used on cars in maybe 20 or 25 years there are still some automotive instrument repair places around. I've seen some advertised in collector magazines and found in Internet web searches. But the last time I had to deal with that issue a few years back I was able to use my local yellow pages and have a local guy do the work. Long way of saying, check your phone book you might be pleasantly surprised.
If you do need to replace the speedometer then ePay is one option but the one I'd go for is placing a want ad in the
Plymouth Bulletin.
Try looking in the latest issue of "Hemming's Motor News", they have several advertisers that repair & restore Speedometers. ;)
