Yesterday I went through the same thing you are going through. My local NAPA Store was good enough to order in a box of the #2331 headlight bulbs, AND sold me only 2 out of the box of ten. They said they could send them back if they did not sell. Pretty nice of them. Anyhow, getting to the problem WRSW32A is having. It should be the same as mine, check it out anyhow. What was happening on mine the replacement bulbs were turned 1/4 turn off from the original bulbs. I had to take the headlight electirc socket apart and rotate the terminals to match up with the bulb. Kinda tricky and took a while but I got it done with a bit of epox, now it works. I better go into the NAPA store and buy up a couple more bulbs to use in case the next time I need one it will be rotated off. lol I don't know why the replacement ones were different, same number on my original. Anyway, hope this helps.
