Title: OT: a surface shipper recommendation US - Europe?
Post by: Go Fleiter on February 24, 2012, 12:48:28 AM
Need a tranny to get shipped to Germany.
Don?t know yet the weight , crate included. 30 Kilos?
UPS only ships air which is too expensive.
Any hint to an internationally acting shipper?

Thanks! Go

(posted the same question on p15 D24 forum - that one has a very confusing layout for me,
but at least is a vivid forum)

I am on the P15/D24 and did not see your ad in the Parts Wanted section...while shipping is quite expensive, question is this, if your case is good, could you get by with the guts alone being shipped to you?  This may make it affordable and ese the shipping constraints..

good hint, but I have to change tranny,
because mine does not fit an overdrive.

The unit is ready, with overdrive, we just need a shipper .

Thanks ! Go

Try the Us Post office. I shipped fender skirts to Holland and it was cheap but took a while.
