Title: steering wheel

I have a '56 Belvedere with manual steering, that has a "Hollywood" style steering wheel and horn ring ("bullet" bulge in center; no removal circular badge with sailing ship in it). Q - Is a standard steering wheel an exact replacement for the Hollywood style steering wheel? If not, is there anyone who can rebuild the Hollywood steering wheel that I have (because most of the plastic has cracked and fallen off)? Dick Friedman;
